Founded in 1953 Saint Kentigern Trust Board (SKTB) located in Auckland has grown to four schools, with three campuses and nearly 3000 students aged 3 to 18 years old.

SKTB had a strong understanding of the property and services having used AssetWhere for 8 years.  Their facilities team want to make improvement in their facilities operation by implementing the OMNILINK Facilities Management solution,  AssetWhere FM.  As a foundation customer for AssetWhere FM, OMNILINK and HFM (OMNILINK’s implementation partner), worked closely with SKTB to refine the implementation to suit the business needs of the school’s.  Many parties contributed, including: maintenance staff, contractors and senior management. This collaborative approach meant all parties learnt a lot about facilities management in an education setting.
